MatchTrak Regional Administrators

1) System Access

General Administrators - Each region generally has multiple administrators. You can have as many as you want. Administrators can manage games and referees. They can also manage referees on matches
Any general administrators can create new administrator accounts for other board members - This is done in your Edit Regional Configuration Area

Match Report Administrators - I will setup each RC with this access and if they need more administrators they can email me. Some regions would also like their ARC, RCA and CVPA to have access.

2) Scheduling Matches

Every region has a unique URL link where they will schedule their extra matches and provide the times and field information.
If you are scheduler and need this link then please contact support ASAP - You will need admin access so you can first add your fields.
If you need a date changed then please edit your match (info below)
If you need home/away swapped, then please your SCEDSL Program Administrator (Point Person by Area) ------> https://sites.google.com/view/aysoscedsl/contacts

3) Editing Matches

For a very limited time you can edit your home matches and change the date, time and/or field information.

Login as Administrator and then you can search for the Game # and then press EDIT to change this information.

4) Referee Administration - Adding and Managing Referees

View and manage all referees (you can only edit your own)
